I am a certified coach and teacher at Sciences Po, Paris. Since my undergraduate studies in Human Sciences at King’s College, Cambridge University and a PhD on the subject of identity and belonging, I have been passionate about better understanding how we can become more self-aware and accept uniqueness and difference in ourselves and in others. I believe that through developing emotional intelligence and a deeper understanding of who we are deep down, we can build our vision, and move forward with confidence and creativity.
I work with individuals and organisations who want to grow and integrate new ways of being to advance on questions to do with their identity. This entails working with people to better understand the different and often complex dimensions of who they are, what matters to them, what they want and how they can find coherence and move forward in an aligned and grounded way. For people who live in and work across different cultures, this search for meaning and coherence often takes on the additional dimension of needing to feel anchored. This sense of being anchored or solidity can be found through developing one’s sense of self, through learning how to interact and connect with others and navigate conflict.
